Romans 1:18-25

Have youever been in a rural area, or somewhere far away, and looked at the scene andfront of you and felt breathless? Speechless? Have no words to describe thatimage? Sometimes, I feel as if we don’t get enough of these ‘WOAH’ moments inour lives. Do we spend enough time marveling at the craftsmanship of God, or dowe pass life just huddled in our little urban space?
Not onlyshould we look at the work of God and be amazed, we should also see God’seternal power and divine nature, and be speechless. We should fall down inworship, in praise and just be so utterly in love with him.
“For sincethe creation of the world God’s invisible qualities- his eternal power anddivine nature- have been clearly seen, being understood from what has beenmade, so that men are without excuse.” [Romans 1:20]
Thispassage talks about God’s wrath against mankind, how man’s wickedness cover upGod’s truth despite the fact that we know it. I pray that my foolish should bewiped clean and that I can marvel everyday about God’s infinite and gloriousself.
Yes, itswinter, and yes, there’s a lot of ugly slush that I’m stepping on. But whocreated each and every different snowflake, packed together in the millions andscattered it across the world? Who thought of each and every tree and blanketedwith snow beautifully, like a cake with icing? For myself, I used to hate thewinter with a passion, but then I think about the intricate strings that tieeveryday together, the moments that tick away with God’s work in front of myeyes, and ponder how is it that everyday, I miss the smallest moments thatmatter the most?

God's beauty is all around us. Lets take a moment and be rendered speechless.
