There are always people serving God that are in the background; they aren't seen, but without them, nothing would happen. If you think of it as a show, there is the main character, but there are also people who do their make-up, prep their costume, help pull the curtains; the show would not emphasis the main character without all these background workers.
"John performed no signs, but all the things that John spoke about [Jesus] were true." [John 10:41]
In our show, Jesus is the main character, and we are the background workers. We're just ordinary people, but God is the extraordinary person. John didn't perform miracles or anything, he came to bear witness to Christ Jesus. Compared to the main star, although our actions are small and deeds are quiet, we must be able to point to the star.

Christians are ordinary people who are committed to extraordinary person of Christ.
